Amazon Sortation Center

Fleming Steel Erectors was commissioned to erect the structural steel and roof for Amazon’s new 300K sq. ft. Oklahoma City sortation center. The entire project from ground breaking to certificate of completion was finished in eight months.

Centergate Business Park

Fleming Steel Erectors partnered with Industrial Developers of Oklahoma to erect the structural steel pre-engineered metal buildings on the 187-acre former Ford Glass Plant.

Clear Edge Filtration

Last Mile Distribution Center

Fleming completed the structural steel and roofing portion of an Oklahoma City last-mile distribution center for a widely recognized global e-commerce company, making the 120K sq. ft. project the fifth building partnership between Fleming and the client.

Mill Creek Companies

The re-roof at Mill Creek Companies’ Grove, OK retail showroom and warehouse space marks the 8th re-roof for a Mill Creek facility, totaling nearly 300K sq. ft. of improvements completed by FSE for the company.

Regal Plaza

Fleming Steel erected nearly 600K sq. ft. of structural steel for professional and retail spaces at the Regal Plaza Convention Center, encompassing a full city block within Bixby, OK.

Skycam

Fleming Steel erected the structural steel and standing seam roof portion of Skycam’s original headquarters. The 50K sq. ft. pre-engineered custom metal building was used for Skycam’s high-tech camera manufacturing, repair, testing, and marketing.

Sulzer Chemical

Fleming Steel Erectors completed the pre-engineered metal building aspect of the Sulzer Chemical campus, which consists of a 30K square-foot, two-story office building and a 77,250 square-foot manufacturing facility.

Vanguard Reefer Trailer

FSE began assembly on a 255K square foot reefer trailer manufacturing plant at the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic and months of heavy spring rains. Despite these challenges, crews completed the project on time and without safety incidents.

Woodyard Properties

Fleming replaced the original flat roof of the 120K sq. ft. Woodyard Properties’ industrial building with a Butler MR-24® sloped roofing system and updated the facility’s exterior and interior aesthetics, all while the tenants remained fully operational.
