This large, 3,200-cabinet data center is a modular component-oriented, rapid-deployment model developed exclusively for this client.
Services included tilt-wall erection, on-site supervision, on-site safety, on-site quality control, concrete services, and steel erection. Additionally, the team developed a proprietary roof design for the facility, featuring triple redundancy to ensure leak-proof operations at all times. Utilizing Butler Manufacturing’s™ proprietary roof systems, the patented roof is one of the many systems that allows the operator to sell space in its data centers.
The project took 12 months from groundbreaking to substantial completion. The facility achieved Tier IV Gold Operations certification from The Uptime Institute, the highest level possible for data center excellence at that time.
