Fleming recently completed the structural steel and roofing portion of an Oklahoma City last-mile distribution center for a widely recognized global e-commerce company. The 120K square foot project is the fifth building partnership between Fleming and the client and the nineteenth partnership between Fleming and Industrial Developers of Oklahoma (IDO). Working within an accelerated 10-month schedule, Fleming was able to meet all deadlines and bring the project in on time and under budget with zero safety issues. Deadlines were met in spite of supply chain shortages and on-site complications resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic.
