Green Valley Center Features Butler’s Structural Steel System, Truss Purlin XT and MR-24 Standing Seam Metal Roof

In partnership with Industrial Developers of Oklahoma (IDO), Fleming Steel Erectors provided erector services for the Butler structural steel system implementation, truss assembly and roofing at the Green Valley Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This warehouse and distribution “big box” project is located on the site of a former office building which was originally part of the 500k square-foot Otasco facility, built by the Fleming Construction Group in 1969.

PROJECT SCOPE

  • Butler Landmark Structural Steel System
  • Site-Cast Tilt Wall Panels
  • Truss Purlin XT
  • MR-24 Standing Seam Metal Roof

RESULTS

  • Completed on Deadline Despite Pandemic Complications and Materials Shortages
  • Zero Safety Incidents
  • Completed Under Budget

“There’s a reason Fleming is the go-to builder for big box industrial in Oklahoma. Seamlessly blending the efficiency of pre-engineered building systems with the durability and appearance of concrete tilt isn’t as easy as FCG makes it appear.”
