Fleming Steel Erectors completed the pre-engineered metal building aspect of the Sulzer Chemical campus, which consists of a 30,000 square-foot, two-story office building and a 77,250 square-foot manufacturing facility. The office building features three fully enclosed concrete rooms that serve as safe rooms and operation centers. The 210 ft. x 325 ft. manufacturing building has two five-ton bridge cranes and a one-ton bridge crane, in addition to a high-pressure test stand area, and an engineered concrete pit.
