FSE Erects New Construction for Major Retail Distributor

In partnership with general contractor, Martin Harris Construction, Fleming Steel Erectors erected a new 28,808-square-foot building in Fallon, Nevada for one of the world’s biggest retail distributors. The construction included a warehouse/distribution center and covered canopy for delivery trucks. A Varco Pruden building, the construction includes a standing seam metal roof and Vee Rib™ wall panels.

Operating on an accelerated schedule, the FSE team worked several seventy-hour weeks to complete construction on deadline. The project was completed according to FSE’s standard of quality, with zero recordable safety incidents. 

One of FSE’s goals as a trade partner is to help our GC’s meet their deadlines in any way we can. We were able to lend added value on this project by connecting Martin Harris Construction with a vendor that could supply them with the backordered brace rods they needed sooner than their supplier could provide them. This assist, which is a standard part of our service profile, helped complete the job within the stringent deadline schedule.
