FSE Provides Structural Steel Erection Services for New Frito-Lay Warehouse

Fleming Steel Erectors provided structural steel erection and roofing services for a new 83K square-foot Frito-Lay warehouse and distribution facility in Tulsa, Oklahoma. FSE provided these services under the direction of the Fleming Construction Group on behalf of Industrial Developers of Oklahoma. 

The project’s structural steel component features 32-foot clear height and Truss PurlinXT™ technology. The facility includes a 5,000 square-foot vehicle maintenance area, a garage, block heaters, and a truck court with 160 square feet of paving. It also includes 24-dock high overhead doors and 15,000 square feet of office space. 

FSE worked with construction partners to meet all project deadlines despite supply chain issues and continuing challenges related to the Covid pandemic. FSE was also proud to extend its excellent safety record, completing work with no injuries.
